Many horses suffer from urticaria, but there are no satisfactory treatments. The reasons for the occurrence of the disease are very diverse and often the disease returns after initial successes. The Evax team is researching this disease and testing a novel treatment in clinical trials. The work presented here shows that eosinophil cells play an important role and that the treatment developed by Evax has great potential in the treatment of chronic urticaria in horses.<\/p>\n
