Evax joins Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health
We are delighted to share an important milestone in the journey of Evax: Evax AG has been acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim.
Since its foundation as a spin-off from the University of Zurich more than a decade ago, Evax has been dedicated to developing innovative therapeutic vaccines for horses, with the goal of addressing the underlying causes of chronic diseases and improving the health and wellbeing of horses.
Joining Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health opens an exciting new chapter for Evax. Combining our research and technology with Boehringer Ingelheim’s global innovation, development, supply and commercial capabilities provides a strong foundation to advance our therapeutic approaches and bring them closer to the horses that may benefit from them.
